Privacy Policy

Pursuant to Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, DS Dansuk Co., Ltd. complies with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act and relevant laws and regulations to protect the rights of information subjects and protect their personal information and establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with the provisions of the relevant laws to promptly and smoothly handle grievances of information subjects in this regard.

DS Dansuk Co., Ltd. processes personal information within the minimum scope for the following purposes. Processed personal information
will not be used for any purpose other than the following purposes, and prior consent will be obtained if the purpose of use is changed:

① Ethics Report Center
- For the verification of identity by filing the real name when submitting a report to the Ethics Report Center
- To respond with results after checking the report lodged to the Ethics Report Center
② Customer Support
- To answer to inquiries and improve service quality

① Information subjects may exercise their right to request access, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of personal information
at any time against DS Dansuk Co., Ltd.
② The exercise of rights under paragraph 1 may be made to DS Dansuk Co., Ltd. in writing, by e-mail or by facsimile transmission (fax),
and DS Dansuk Co., Ltd. will take action without delay.
③ The rights may also be exercised through a representative, including, without limitations to, the legal representatives or authorized
persons of the information subjects. In this case, such representatives must submit a power of attorney in Form No. 11 of the
“Notification on the Personal Information Processing Method (No. 2023-12)”.
④ The rights of the information subjects to request access to personal information and suspension of processing may be limited by
Articles 35(4) and 37(2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
⑤ A request for correction or erasure of personal information cannot be made if the personal information is specified as the subject of
collection under other laws.
⑥ DS Dansuk Co., Ltd. will verify whether the person making the request for access, correction, erasure, or suspension of processing
in accordance with the rights of the information subject is the person himself or his authorized representative.

DS Dansuk Co., Ltd. will destroy personal information without delay when the purpose of processing personal information has been fulfilled.
However, this shall not apply if it is required to preserve the personal information in accordance with other laws. The destruction procedures
and methods are as follows:

A. Destruction Procedures
      The collected information is stored for a certain period of time or destroyed immediately after the retention period has expired or
      the purpose of processing has been fulfilled in accordance with internal policies and other relevant laws. In this case, the collected
      personal information will not be used for any other purpose unless required by law.
B. Destruction Method
Personal information recorded and stored in electronic files will be destroyed so that the records cannot be replayed, and the personal information recorded and stored in paper documents will be destroyed by shredding or incineration.

DS Dansuk Co., Ltd. takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:

A. Administrative measures: regular training of personal information controllers,
B. Technical measures: installation of a security program, and
C. Physical measures: Control of access to the computer room.

① The information subject may apply for dispute resolution or consultation with the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee,
        Korea Internet & Security Agency, and Personal Information Infringement Report Center to receive relief from personal information
        infringement. For other reports and consultations on personal information infringement, please contact the following organizations:

② DS Dansuk Co., Ltd. strives to guarantee the right of self-determination of personal information of information subjects and to provide
        counseling and damage relief due to personal information infringement. Should you need to lodge a report or consult, please contact

③ A person whose rights or interests have been infringed upon by a disposition or omission made by the head of a public institution
        in response to a request pursuant to the provisions of Articles 35 (Access to Personal Information), 36 (Correction or Erasure of
        Personal Information), and 37 (Suspension of Processing of Personal Information) of the Personal Information Protection Act may
        file an administrative appeal in accordance with the Administrative Appeals Act.
